Caleb Gehman has joined the Higgins Outdoors “Dream Team” of consultants, specializing in properties located in the Northeast states. Last winter Caleb traveled with Don Higgins as he consulted on properties in numerous states including New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. This experience helped him fine tune his habitat knowledge while also learning the Higgins Outdoors system for creating top-notch whitetail hunting properties.
Caleb grew up in a rural community in lower Delaware where he fell in love with the outdoors. His dad owned a masonry company so construction was his main occupation for years until he co founded “Eastern Outdoors” a company devoted to bringing quality outdoor products to folks in the eastern states.
Caleb has chased whitetails successfully in not only Eastern states but in the Midwest as well. He became very interested in the management side several years ago and established footplots, orchards, and created bedding areas. He continually strategized ways to improve his own farm and eventually turned his passion into a business.
Each consultant’s base fee can vary based on several factors such as acreage, location, etc. Be sure to ask for an exact quote when you discuss your property with the consultant. Your actual fee may be more or less than the listed base fee.
